Advantages: direct sales, increase conversion & retention, track sales and gather information.

Disadvantages: can they meet demand?

Issues and Risks: cost, logistics

Meal Plans – discarded

Advantages: encourage sales, aid retention

Disadvantages: lower profit margin, lower individual sales, may need longer shelf life

Issues and Risks: takes time, people may not want the same meals for that long so reduces customers

Vegetarian Range - discarded

Advantages: wider audience, greater choice, new market

Disadvantages: costly, may not have the capacity, may fail.

Issues and Risks: product development takes time
